In addition to her private practice, Dr. Lanman volunteers at Crossings Community Dental Clinic helping the underprivilaged. Dr. Lanman is a member of the American Dental Association, Oklahoma Dental Association, Oklahoma County Dental Association and Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. |

Dr. Baumann received his BS in engineering from Purdue University in 1973 and his DDS from Washington University in St. Louis in 1976. In 1977, Dr. Baumann completed his General Practice residency at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Oklahoma City. His training at St. Anthony’s consisted of Post-Doctorate training in dental anesthesiology, oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics and prosthetics. In 1990, he earned a Certificate for completing the Implantology course from Zimmer Implant Systems. Dr Baumann has been in private practice for over 30 years – all here in the Oklahoma City area.
Dr. Lanman joined our team in July 2001 after completing a residency at St. Anthony’s Hospital. While attending Oklahoma State University, Dr. Lanman received early acceptance into the OU College of Dentistry. In June 2000, she graduated in the top five of her dental class. Dr. Lanman enjoys offering the latest technology to her patients. Her specialized training allows her to provide in-office IV/Conscious Sedation (Sleep Dentistry) and dental implants, for which she received certification in 2004. Dr. Lanman has also completed multiple courses in aesthetic and cosmetic dental veneers and restoration from Arrowhead in Provo, Utah. Dr. Lanman's desire to achieve overall aesthetics for her patients has led her to complete advanced training in botox and facial fillers.
Karen joined our practice in March 2006. She relieves the doctors of their administrative duties so they have more time to devote to their patients. Karen is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and has been an accountant for more than 20 years. She is happy to answer any questions you have regarding your association with our practice. Karen is married to Jeff who is a CPA with a firm in downtown Oklahoma City. Karen and Jeff have several dogs and enjoy vacationing where it’s warm, scuba diving, and relaxing by the pool with friends.

Danyail has worked a variety of positions over her years in the dental field. She joined our practice in March of 2010 and is excited about using her experience as our hygiene coordinator. Outside of the office, Danyail enjoys spending time with her husband Brent and their two sons Dagan and Dax. Most weekends are spent outdoors or at soccer games and wrestling tournaments. She also enjoys painting, listening to music and making jewelry.
Vivian has been in the dental field for over 15 years and with our office since 1997. She has an Associate Degree in Applied Science from Stauzenberger College in Findlay, Ohio. Vivian has extensive knowledge of dental insurance and will work hard to get the best benefits for you. If you have any insurance or billing questions, talk to Vivian. She is happy to help. You will usually find Vivian at the back desk filing your insurance, but at times you will see her in a room going over treatment or helping assist the doctors. Vivian has been married to Carl for over 25 years. They have 3 daughters, 1 son and 7 grandchildren who are a huge part of Vivian's life. She enjoys motorcycle riding with her husband, traveling (especially to see family), shopping, and "fixing" up her home.
Kelli has been in the dental field for over 15 years and with our office since the mid 1990's. Kelli does everything she can to help patients achieve their dental goals. She will come into the room to discuss your treatment options with you before we start any work, and you will also see her at the back desk when you check out. Kelli is married to Dan; they actually met when Kelli helped him with his treatment plan at our office. Kelli has a daughter Brooke, stepdaughter Amber and stepson Derrick. Kelli is very active in her church and life group. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, shopping and OU football.
Stephanie graduated from Oklahoma City Community College in 1999 with an Associates Degree in Finance. She has been in the dental field since 2005 and joined our practice in November 2006. As the Front Office Coordinator, Stephanie is happy to answer any questions or concerns you have about your appointment. Stephanie is married to her high school sweetheart, Matt. They have a son Maddux and share their excitement for baseball with him. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys watching baseball, playing outdoors with her son, and catching up on her scrapbooking.
Julie graduated in 2001 from the University of Central Oklahoma with a BS in Community Health. She continued her education at the University of Oklahoma HSC College of Dentistry where she received her BS in Dental Hygiene in 2004. Involved with our office since 2005, Julie likes getting to know her patients, educating them about their dental hygiene, and helping them have a pleasant experience while at our office. Julie and her husband Jeff have been married since 2005 and are excited to start their family. Until then, they still enjoy the simple things like sleeping in on the weekends and spending time with family and friends.
Valisha graduated from East Central University in 1988 with a Business Administration degree, and then in 1994 graduated with her favorite degree - Dental Hygiene. She has been our office's Friday-Saturday hygienist for over 10 years. Valisha loves her job, which she takes very seriously. Married to Mike, they have twins, Emily and Jacob. A wonderful mother, Valisha is actively involved with her children and their school. Valisha enjoys working out, soccer, kickboxing and art.
Kathy graduated from the University of Oklahoma Dental Hygiene School. Prior to hygiene school, she received a degree in Respiratory Therapy from the University of Oklahoma. Kathy is with our practice two days a week and would love to see you for your Periodic Hygiene appointment. Kathy has a daughter and 2 sons. She received a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do in 2003 and also enjoys doing missionary work in Peru with her oldest son.
since the summer of 2009 after graduating with a degree in dental hygiene from Rose State College. Prior to that time, Robbie has been raising her four children with her husband. They have been married since 1991 and have 2 sons and 2 daughters. Robbie’s hygiene philosophy is that it takes both the hygienist and the patient working together as a team to achieve and maintain optimum oral and overall health. When Robbie is not at work, she enjoys remodeling her home, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
after graduating form Platt College as a dental assistant. She loves her job because she gets to meet new people and make a difference in the patients’ smile and over-all well being. Mindy has two boys, Zack and Kade. Mindy enjoys watching movies, being outside, anything with music and spending time with family and friends.
Penny is a nationally certified dental assistant. She has over 20 years experience and has been with Dr. Baumann since 1993. She will do everything she can do to make her patients comfortable and help them achieve their dental goals. Penny is married to Houston and they have two kids, Lawrence and Amanda. Lawrence is married with two kids of his own and Amanda is presently attending Redlands College. A native Oklahoman, Penny enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.
risha graduated top of her class with a certificate in Dental Assisting from Metro Tech in 2002, where she was a member of the National Vocational Honor Society. She received her Certified Dental Assistant Certificate in 2003. Trisha joined the practice in 2006 and came to us with 6 years of experience. Married to her high school sweetheart Richard, Trisha enjoys spending time with her friends and family and shopping.
Miki graduated from Oklahoma Health Academy in 2004 and has been working in dentistry since then. She enjoys this practice's wonderful patients, doctors and staff. Miki’s goal is to help patients fully understand their dental care and to help them create a beautiful smile. Miki is married to Thomas and they have a beautiful daughter, Emma. Originally from Japan, Miki moved to the U.S. in 2001. In her spare time, she loves to watch movies, read, travel, run and look for antiques and collectibles.
Tobi graduated from the Dental Assisting program at Platt College in 2002 and was on the Dean’s Honor Roll. Tobi has been assisting Baumann & Lanman Dentistry since 2006. She enjoys meeting new patients and helping them achieve their dental goals. Tobi has a son named Cole and enjoys spending all her free time with him. She also enjoys playing golf, water skiing and being with family and friends.
